How to use CalmCarry?

Plug in your CalmCarry® and charge for around 30 minutes before use. Avoid charging for longer than two hours to maintain battery health.

2. Power On

Hold the power button on the side of the device for five seconds to turn it on. CalmCarry® starts in slow pulse mode by default, designed to help you relax and prepare for rest.

If you prefer a different rhythm, press the power button once more to switch between slow pulse rate and fast pulse rate modes, allowing you to choose whichever feels most comfortable.

3. Position Your CalmCarry®

Hold CalmCarry® in the palm of your hand with the metal surface facing downwards, resting naturally against your skin.
